Hello, my school is in Stratford, the home of the next Olympics in 2012. We are very close to the Olympic Site, the Athletes’ Village and Stratford Town Centre and Shopping City.
The school is a 2 form entry, with a separate Nursery Department, and a Children’s Centre which offers Daycare services (8am-6pm) to the community. We pride ourselves on being a diverse school with 60+ staff members from many different backgrounds. We have approximately 500 children from over 50 countries representing over 45 different languages.
We are a Creative school with a reputation built around our large scale musical productions, our award-winning Choir, our talented dance group, Maryland Movers and our very imaginative displays which are highly praised by visitors to the school.
We are dedicated to ensuring our children have major ambition for themselves (our motto is ‘where our children’s future matters most’) and that they are successful learners, enjoying each and every day that they spend with us at Maryland Primary School.
